There are many different moving parts that makes Multi-Browser Viewer function. What should I do when I run into problems?
1. Browser Problems and other application related issues
- A specific browser is unavailable, is not loading or not taking full page screenshots.
- A browser has a dialog box in front of your web page, for instance an upgrade notice, a system error or similar.
- My application crashes when I perform a certain function.
- Any other general error not mentioned here.
- Please use the Contact us form under the "Help" menu to inform us about the issue. We will prioritize the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

2. Unable to see the Browser list options, Download Screenshots or Authenticate my License
If you are unable to connect to the internet using Multi-browser Viewer you can try the following:
- Test whether Multi-Browser Viewer can access the Internet use the "Test internet Connection" option, which can be found under the "Help" menu.
- If no browsers are loaded in the list on the left or Multi-Browser Viewer is unable to resolve any URL's then you probably need to check your internet connection and/or proxy settings.
- The proxy details can be found under the "File", "Settings" menu option.
- You can also select your default theme and display options here.
