Multi-Browser Viewer constantly connects to the Internet to communicate with the Multi-Browser Viewer network to retrieve the available browsers for testing, check for latest application updates and of course to download all the screenshot images, HTML and Source code files.

1. Internet Connection - Proxy Settings

• If you connect to the Internet through a proxy server, then you need to fill in your proxy details. The proxy details can be found under the "File", "Settings" menu option.
• You can also select your default theme and display options here.

2. Test Internet Connection

• To test whether Multi-Browser Viewer can access the Internet use the "Test internet Connection" option, which can be found under the "Help" menu.
• If no browsers are loaded in the list on the left or Multi-Browser Viewer is unable to resolve any URL's then you probably need to check your internet connection and/or proxy settings.

3. Install a Valid Multi-browser Viewer License

• By default Multi-Browser Viewer is installed as an evaluation version, until a valid purchased license key is entered. The license key will unlock all 40 plus browsers, remove the nag screens and allow you to validate and compare HTML indefinitely as per the license agreement. The evaluation is valid for 14 days and 1 extended 15th day to give you enough time to install the license.
• A license key can be purchased from www.multibrowserviewer.com/purchase.asp. A license unlocks the application, but you still require Multi-Browser Viewer Network access to download new screenshot images. By default the application includes 30 days access to the network. To continue accessing the Multi-Browser Viewer network you need to either buy a subscription or buy pre-paid access("Pay as you go" access).
• The valid license key will be emailed to you with your purchase receipt and can be entered when the application starts up or under "Help", "Manage License" menu option.
• If you have no internet connection, or you are unable to authenticate your license for any reason. Simply save the ".lic" file using the manage license menu option and email it to support@multibrowserviewer.com. We will then authenticate it and email it back to you.

4. Enter your purchased Multi-Browser Viewer Network Credentials

• To access the Multi-Browser Viewer Network to download full page, browser screenshots you need a valid username and password.
• By default a username and password is entered into Multi-Browser Viewer automatically, which is valid for the first 30 days of use.
• When you purchase a subscription, or pre-paid network access, we will email you your own username and password.
• The username and password that we email you must be entered under the "Help", "Network credentials" menu option.
