2. Unable to see the Browser list options, Download Screenshots or Authenticate my License

If you are unable to connect to the internet using Multi-browser Viewer you can try the following:

• Test whether Multi-Browser Viewer can access the Internet use the "Test internet Connection" option, which can be found under the "Help" menu.
• If no browsers are loaded in the list on the left or Multi-Browser Viewer is unable to resolve any URL's then you probably need to check your internet connection and/or proxy settings.

• The proxy details can be found under the "File", "Settings" menu option.
• You can also select your default theme and display options here.
